i'm an international student , and i wanna move to australia for undergrad studies , which university (ies) do you suggest for engineering/computer science related programs ?

my highscholl grades arent so good and im short of number of translated transcripts i have (3) , so i am looking for a moderate univ which doesnt take too hard on the applications.

also which city in autralia is the best for international students or students in general?

and i ve a 7.5 in IELTS but it s expired , do u think i can convince them with a copy of it for now until i take the test again , cause i m also short of time needed for application and visa process.

In A-level course, 3 sbujects are fiexed(Pure math ,chenmistry and IT), but one more subject i have to choose. So if i want to do law in university, do i have to study law at A-level? If not, what subjects which you choose in A-level can give you a better chance to go the oxbridge? In addition, can you do economic in A-level but actually read law in university?

I am enrolled in Vatel Buenos Aires: University of Hotel Management. And everywhere where I've searched for student loans they are only for the US school and/or very famous international schools. DOES THIS MEAN that Vatel is NOT a US ACCREDITED university???? If so or if not, where can i find a student loan? Or should i consider gettting only a personal loan? I HAVE NO IDEA about these things!

Friends! I have two admissions with full financial aid for PhD in Mechanical Engineering. One from McGill University in Canada which has a world ranking around 20 and a UC-Riverside admission which has a ranking about 80(IN US!!! not in the world).
