My son has applied for fresh passport. More than one month has gone. He has not received his passport till date. How more days he has to wait?

the entire passport procedure takes abt min 45 days so acc u calculate the no of days left, in some cases it takes more than that.....!

Getting the Passport is much faster nowadays than before, But it also depends the on the place of issue and rush of applicants. Generally it takes about 45 days. You can also check the status in Internet.

I had got my passport after 3 months even though it was a renewal case. Although they say they issue it within xx days but it is usually not followed. You can check the status online at http://passport.nic.in/

it may take upto 45 days. but u can check the status by using file ref no on the internet or by phone to the passport office

It depends the area. Some of the areas are very fast. Some of them take even 4 months.
