has anyone been to japan (except for the japanese of course) under the International Hiroshima Club in Kuala Lumpur or any other

I went to Japan through a different organization: Youth For Understanding.

I've never heard of the International Hiroshima Club, but it sounds interesting.

im not sure but try to use google and search for that search keyword
