Yes. You have racism in UK more than in US. But there are universities where you can find more Indian Students where you will not have much of problems.

I'd be dillusional if I tried to suggest there is no racism in the United States, but I believe you would be able to study without any problems and you would not be denied access to most businesses or services.
There are particular concerns about potential terrorism and also about illegal immigration. As a graduate student you would have few problems.

There is Racism everywhere you go. My guess is that the University of Cambridge would be very low key on any racism.
Reason - it is closer to the English Countryside.
