Also, for a triennial, do you have the same meeting members as you did when they first identified the student, even though the child was deemed ineligible for some related services after the identification? For example, the OT and the Speech language providers were at the initial, but over the three years the child no longer needed services. Do you bring them back in for the triennial to discuss the current identification? He continues to be eligible as an LD student. With the new mods to IDEIA, I am always checking back into the reqs but I can't seem to find any information on triennials. Thanks so much in advance for your answers! (SpEd Coordinators only, please!) If you can also possibly reference the clause, it would be great!

Having 2 children being diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech, I know a bit about it. It is not the (speech people), speech therapists who diagnose these children but they can give you direction as to who to go to. I was given literature on the subject and I was reading my children! I was directed to a childrens physiologists and was given the diagnoses right away. My children are also hearing impaired with an undiagnosed disorder. At times it's a struggle, a lot of reputition and speech therapy is needed. I look forward to reading your answers.
