Cerebral palsy and Down Syndrome are common....look also at Angelman's syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, Autism, Fetal alcohol syndrome. All of these present varying degress of challenges with speech, language, and communication....either due to physical differences, cognitive abilities, or difficulty understanding the reason for communication.

Hearing impairment, obviously.
Often cerebral palsy creates speeech impairments. The same is true of some degenerative diseases such as ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)--the best known example is Stephan Hawking, who has to use a voice synthesizer to speak.
Depending on how broadly you define communication, blindness--since it interferes with written/visual communication.

While not unusual some cases of cerebal palsy can cause this as well as soem disorder on the ASD.

well,i'm having attachments in hospitals so far,of course the basics are deafness,hearing problems and so on,then there are disease like cerebral palsy,neuro disorders and so on. then also,some physical disabilities are also linked to psychological disorders so you actually have a very broad spectrum there.

A for sure it goes along with asperger's, its a Field were more pros's are needed.
