The United States Navy is the best pilot program in the world. Everybody knows the Navy has more planes than the Air Force.
So, AAmir, if you are a U.S. citizen with exceptional military discipline and outstanding grades apply to Annapolis.

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University has study centers around the world, usually near a US military installation. The original campus is in Daytona Beach, Florida. There is a second campus in Prescott, Arizona. 25% of airline captains world-wide went to Embry Riddle.
ERAU is considered to be the "Harvard" of flight schools. They offer bachelors, masters, and PhD degrees in EVERY aspect of aviation.
In the US, foreign students are no longer allowed to fly (a new rule after 9/11), but can still get a degree in some other aspect of aviation (but not aeronautical science).
