If you are working with children with autism, chances are you are pouring your heart into connecting with them, and when you get the slightest acknowledgement it means so much more to you. I have worked in an program specializing in young children with autism and think I know what you mean, but not quite sure due to the wording of your question.

I think you may be asking do children with autism fall in love ?
well my twin son has severe autism id love to think one day he will find someone who loves him for who is, at the moment its very hard to say he won't even cuddle me he cannot tell me he loves me because he cannot talk still '(thomas is 8)
he have never hugged his twin sister and only crys when he is hurt, i think it depends on how severe the autism is

Autism can refer to a large spectrum called the autism spectrum, or classical autism. People with high functioning autism or Asperger's have good enough social skills to understand romance, even if they have to work hard at it sometimes and don't know if someone is trying to be romantic with them or how to show romance to someone else.

I think that love can affect every human. Regardless of who or what they are. Love knows no bounds. And autistic people can get their hearts broken by love just like everyone else.

Not sure I answered your question, or that I understood your question.

Have You Read This Book?
Mozart and the Whale: An Asperger's Love Story
Not sure if the child you refer to has Asperger's but this is a nice love story of two adults that do.

Maybye there is a language barrier for you so I am not sure what exactly you are asking. If you are wondering why they fall in love, they are no less human than you are with all the beautiful complexities that go along with it. Everything flourishes with kindness, especially children who are given time and love.

They have feelings. That is why they fall in love. They are not autistic in the falling in love and reproduction department.

However, many of them are retarded too. Retarded people can fall in love as long as they do not have children. It's not fair to the child to have a retarded parent.

And why shouldn't they. People with disabilities have the same feelings as anyone else.

Or hadn't you noticed they are human beings?

Your question makes absolutely no sense. Autistic children have EXTREMELY anti-social tendencies stemming from their disorder. Feel free to ask a real question and I'll help as best I can.
