and i feel like im really missing out on high school. its supposed to be like the best years but i couldnt go to the pep rally, homecoming, any football games or sports or anything bascially. but the reason for this is that i have to sit at home and practice piano. i know it sounds retarded but im going to be a pianist when i grow up and i have no time for these things. it just makes me really upset to see all my friends going when i cant go. do you think im making the right decision/is it worth it?

My niece, who is in 2nd grade, is a left handed child. My sister was telling me the other day that her teacher is forcing her to use her right hand. If she catches her using her left hand, she takes the pencil, crayon, marker, or whatever she is using away from her & makes her use her other hand.
The Teacher has also sent notes home saying she will not be accepting anymore schoolwork from my niece if it is not done with the right hand.
My sister has gone to the proper school officials about this, but has been told that the Teacher is "old school" & they will talk to her. IF they did talk to her, it did no good.
She cant move her to another school or anything like that & they have told her they will not transfer to another class.

Is there anything else she can do?

I feel like this against my nieces rights to individuality.

i now have another problem i want to be an actress when i grow up and i have found a drama group i could join and take part in and also gain a gcse grade, BUT, i have also got a job on saturdays working at mcdonalds and the money is a big help as i have a trip coming up soon and i need to get some nice clothes i really wanna follow my dream, but then i need the money what shall i do also my mum said she will get me and agent for my acting career ???????
