to be very simple Bio-degradable waste are the by products which consists of natural stuff ,such that when you throw it out side nature (Small tiny atomic creatures) will degrade it and release the natural products back to atmosphere. Take an example of your Garden's waste. you throw it out side and one day it will turn into Compost;a very good fertilizer. On the other hand Non-Biodegradable stuff can not be decomposed like glass, steel etc. They wont be melting in Nature no matter how strong are the organisms are. So it is advised that these product should be recycled so that they can be of use again

bio degradable means ....something that can be decomposed and does not cause pollution.
like banana peel.
non-biodegradable does not decompose and is harmful for the soil and reduces the fertility of the soil.it is a pollutant.like.... plastic.

Something that is biodegradable is something that will eventually decompose back into the earth.
For example, paper is --- and plastic isn't. It doesn't finally break down until a few millenia after.

Bio D - that which can be decomposed by air water insects etc. eg leaves/ flowers/ fruit-veg peels...
Non Bio D - that which cannot be decomposed. eg glass/metal/plastic/leather...
Garbage should be thrown in the right trash bin by sorting your home waste accordingly.
