In short, you are up a creek without a paddle, PI work is best picked up on OJT and most companies don't consider regular school graduates to hire as a full PI’s, I can't imagine a good company picking you up with just a correspondence course under your belt.

I would suggest you put a resume together as best you can with that on it, play it as your foundation for getting a job as a trainee, and take it out to all the companies in your area. Take do not send via the mail, footwork is still the best way to look for a job, and see if you can get a entry level position.

Don't forget, if someone gives you a job with what you have, it probably is for a reason and that reason is probably not good.

Surely now your an investigator, you should be able to check out all businesses in the investigative field? Look them up on the net in your area, and apply for a position! Easy!
