Please help me please. I need a clear step-by-step explanation on a few problems that I'm stuck on. Thank you!!!!

1) Solve for x in terms of a and b: (a^2 – 2a^2b^2 + b^4)^(x-1) = (a - b)^(2x)(a + b)^(-2)

2) Given that 5^ [log (base 5)][(log (base2) log(base3) log (base4) x = log (base squareoot5 – 2) (9 – 4squareroot5) and 1/i(as in imaginary i)log^[log(base e)log(base2)y] = pi. Evaluate log(base 2) (x/y). (HINT: e^(pi (imaginary i)) = -1

3) Solve for x: (5 squareroot2 x) ^ [(log (base4)) (5 squareroot2 x)] = 625 x ^ 4

4) Solve for x: log(base8)(1 - x) + (10log(base32)x) / (log(base8) 512) – log (base2)e^[ln(1/x+1)] / 243^(1/3) = cuberoot(64/27)

I believe in helping them, for example showing how to get one or two of their math answers. But just giving the answers away? That just guarantees that in the year 2050, when these students are running things, they won't be able to figure out what 20% of 100. So, they'll up the taxes to 50% because that is something that they can do. Anybody else think that this is just getting out of hand?

for my research paper I'm supposed to think of a descriptive narration for the introduction. I'm doing my research paper on the cons of censorship, so i need some advice on what to write about. i was thinking along the lines of a musician writing a song and pouring his heart in only to have it censored but I'm not sure how to start it. any help would be appreciated.

Please don't answer this unless you're sure because I keep getting wrong answers from some people!

Compute f ' (4) if f(x)=(-x^2)/(3) -5x
I put parenthese to show which parts are part of the division...note that the -5x is not in the division part

Jackie Robinson’s tremendous contribution of breaking the color barrier was of a great deal and accomplishment as he did not only stand up to the threats , hate mail and taunting of people, but he also began to establish the idea that segregation was of great wrong doing and that African Americans were just as great as white people, marking him as one of the greatest key figures in gaining equality amongst races in American athletics.
