Really you should pull out a Dictionary you can understand.

Quality: the proximity of a product to the actual specification

Quality Assurance: the procedure used to check that a product is within allowable tolerances

Total Quality Management: the system used to monitor the quality of a product from raw material to end user.

quality is above standard..........whats passable is standard, if you can go above that, then you have better quality, then what is passable...........quality is also the performance of a person, or type of equipment......
