I already asked but got no sites...So, are there any sites where I can just right now go to and try to apply for a scholarship!!! I'm in Missouri and I'm a High School Junior who is probably interested in History ;)!

I have my math final on Mon (the 11th) and I really want to pass that damn thing, all I need is an 80% if I want to have a "B" in the class. The thing is I am not too good with the studying thing. Can anyone PLEASE give me good math studying tips? I am horrible at the word problems especially. My math profesor gave us a tip, but I odn't feel like it can help. How can make reading 11 chapters into a short, but useful way of studying? So, I can hit the parts that I have most trouble with? My grade depends highly on this final so anything will help me right now. Please and thank you!

I am a community college freshman in California. I planned to transfer to Davis as a junior. I am a pre-med. The problem is : I can't finish my IGETC and major preparatory courses in two years. So I am thinking if I should stay in my community college for a total of 3 years before I actually transfer to Davis.

So, my questions are:
1) Since I will be spending 3 years in community college, am I still considered to be a "junior transfer" or a “senior transfer”? (can I transfer as a senior??)
2) After I have finish my Bachelor degree, I will apply for medical school. I prefer Davis too. However, I wonder how the medical school will think about this. What if they ask me “why you need 3 years in the community college?” during the interview?

Should I tell them the truth? (I can't finish my IGETC and major preparatory courses in two years.) well, I dont want them to think I am not smart since I really want to be admitted to a med school.

I wrote a masterpiece of a cover letter for my top-choice school, but then when I was writing one for another school, I thought, hang on, why would I spend another 3 hours on one and a half pages of genius if I have everything already done?

so my question is, can one college somehow view my application to another college? the schools are both in Southern California, one in Malibu and one in Los Angeles... maybe I'm just being way too paranoid but is that possible or legal?

if you are a minority (armenian) , come from a middle class neighborhood, have a 3.8 GPA on average, have done 200 hours of community wor and have been involved in yearbook for two years are chances good that i can get in




also - how much more chance do minorities have of getting into UCLA than whites?
