What's a major that works with computers but doesn't involve programming?

I don't want to go into computer science. Any other ideas? Thanks for the help =)

Electrical engineering.

At my university there are 2 majors- Computer Engineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Computer Engineering deals with hardware so there is no programming.
