i have 2 tests thur then 1 next tue. then i'll be done for the semester!!!!!

First of all, congrats on making it through the semester!

As for dealing with stress, the key is to not get overwhelmed. It's especially hard when you have other stressors from other problems in your life at the same time. When that happens, you tend to just add the exams into the mix and your life seems like it is headed down the tube.

My advice? Try to stay calm and clear-headed. Take each test one at a time. Study for your tests little by little; don't cram for it all at once the night before, unless that works for you. Most importantly, don't devote your life completely to your work. Go out with your friends for a drink, go shopping, or play your favorite game. Sometimes just taking a break in between working helps to clear your mind and let you focus more easily. I would also suggest having some snacks to munch on while studying, as it helps pass the time. If you're on a strict diet, I would suggest a fresh fruit smoothie to keep you energized. If you have more choices, opt for a bar of dark chocolate or some nuts to keep your mind alert.

Ahh...Dont you just LOVE finals week? (*sarcasm*)
So, Im only a freshman, but I think by maintaining a healhy amount of sleep, food and exercise patterns, and by staying relatively social (not isolating into a dark room to study for the entire week!), you should be okay.
Also, try to set a schedule. When and how will you study? With who? Where?

Study a little each day. Night before take a warm bubble bath, relax with some candles. Review notes again before you go to bed. Drink warm milk or hot coca and get plenty of sleep. The morning of eat a warm plentiful breakfast and review your notes. You can never be too confident. Good luck to you!!

make sure you're well fed: your brain will function better on a full stomach
sleep well: it helps if you are fresh and don't fall asleep in the exam
and last but not the least...
study hard: make sure you know all the material, quiz yourself a bit...
I find reviewing with a freind very helpful too

eat ice cream!! no really... i'm kidding... though i admit i've done it during exam week. honestly, if you can make it happen you should get to the gym. but the number one important thing to do is (besides study) is focus on getting a FULL NIGHT of rest EVERY NIGHT! especially the night before your exam. your brain needs it! GOOD LUCK!!

go over your notes and study more
when you have every thing nailed down, youll feel a lot more confident and ready to take the exam good luck on the exam!

get plenty of rest, study, eat all meals, I use to eat power bars too. practice deep breathing with your eyes closed. also, another thing that helped me was when your waiting for class to start. tighten and release small sections of your muscles, start with your toes, then stretch out ankles,tighten calves,tighten thighs, tighten bottom,stomach,shoulders,neck . i realize it sounds silly and it will look silly but it really helps you only have to do for a few second in each area. I took a class in college and this was one of the topics we studied. good luck you'll do fine. :-)
