Ok, Im going to a community college....if I kept my grades very perfect and did all I could do to make myself look appealing acedemically, would I stand a chance getting into Cornell University for Hotel Administration?

Seems to me that Cornell takes a lot of transfers. I was in the ILR school and they took a bunch from community colleges, after the first year (not second as much I don't think but I'm not certain). I knew a girl who had terrible high school grades, but did really well in community college and she got in. So you definitely can do it if you work hard. :)

I think yes, of course you'd stand a chance. There are loads of opportunities available to community college students. Furthermore, you can quality for a lot of scholarships that are available exclusively to 2-year community college students. Good luck.

yes. i know that cornell is in new york. is the community school you are attending in new york as well?

Please, please, please work on your spelling and grammar. Just the little bit you put in your question shows you do not have a good grasp of these VERY important subjects.
Cornell is VERY difficult to get into - and your essay will be a very important part of your application.
