I have to choose an elective for next quarter and I'm taking French 102, Geology, and intermediate algebra. My courses are pretty loaded and I need a class (elective) that isn't that hard or else I'll have like 8 hours of homework everyday.

I have a professor that gave me a C in the first semester, and then an A for the next semester.

I asked this professor to write me a reccomendation letter because i only have a few professors, and this one taught me 2 classes.

what do you think> because i will nopt be able to see the letter of course, it will be sent directly to the grad school to which i am applying.

My CALC prof. stood me up today. And I have untill three o'clock this afternoon to decide whether or not I want to drop the class. I went and spoke with my advisor after waiting a 1/2 hour for my prof and my advisor said I could get the head of the math dept. to sign me out of the class but should i? I am in danger of possibly getting something lower then a C on my final and could end up with a Low C average for the class and I need a solid 3.5 gpa throughout college to get into the graduate program I want too and with the c it will hurt my chances wat should i do???

Being interested in history of the South West focusing on TX, NM, and AZ, I was mildley surprised when reading "Trail Drives of Texas" (an old book, copy write 1935), one of the guest writers told a story of himself, Pat Garret and others, having Billy the Kid surrounded and, were forced to let him go!

The incident happened sometime before his final meeting with Sheriff/Marshal Garret.

Does anyone know of a reference to this?

I'll be soon leaving school and considering my options to study at an international university(Canada). I've been interested in psychology for a while now. Can anyone tell me if its worth it and whether its gonna help in my everyday life understanding and helping people. Because what i'm looking first is to help and i've been thinking that psychology is a good one to do so. Also can anyone tell me their own experiences in studying this subject? thanks coz i'm pretty anxious concerning my future.
