I'm taking nutrition next quarter because I thought it would sound interesting. I'm also taking 4 other classes so would nutrition be a bad choice because it's hard? Also is nutrition like a science course?

it can be hard depending on the teacher. a lot of definitions. If you need a science course i would take geology it is very interesting and alot of fun. Again it really depends on the teacher, my teacher was boring and we had 2 do a lot of terminology and i think that is boringggggggggggggggggg.

I took a nutrition course at my community college and it was relatively easy. The tests sometimes were tricky because there is a lot of terminology, but all in all, it's interesting to learn how to eat right.

I would say that it's not terribly difficult, but difficult enough that I would not take it for fun and take the chance of not getting an A in a class I don't need. I got an A, but there was a lot of tedious work involved with the diabetic exchange, small math equations, coming up with meal plans, etc. I would not take it for fun, I took it as a pre-rec for nursing at FSU.
