An associates degree (at a community college) will help you get basic courses out of the way more cheaply and can earn a certificate in early childhood education. With that, you could work in some school settings or in day care for a while. A bachelor's degree will entitle you to get a state teaching certificate to be able to teach in PK-8 or in h.s. if you've majored in secondary education. A master's degree will allow you to teach at a community college and perhaps in some colleges.

first of all if you are going to be a teacher you want 2 get your bachelors. I have 2 degrees and a certificate in teaching. It is better in the long run.
