I am writing a report on how to improve recruiting into the British Army. Can any recruiters from big industry out there please tell me what they find are the best methods for finding the best man/woman for the job? I really could do with the help, thank you for your time and effort in helping me with my research.

well im a senior and college apps are around the corner.. and im scared to death i have a 3.35 GPA (it sucks i know) nothing great about SATS 2000s and 730-720-700 SATIIs.. i have leadership activities as well as journalistic (tv news newspaper yrbook)extra currics 800+ vol hrs and some overseas tv station internships and some business awards for highschool kids.. im an immigrant dont know if that helps anymore

i want to apply to UCberk UCLA and USC
would i get into these colleges or at least some UCs?
if i dont get into these should i look for some on the east coast or go to community college? thanks

You work your brains off to get Bs and As and you succeed at that,, you're on probation and last chance if you fail, you're done for good(at this college) you have to go home every weekend to babysit your neice(you get paid 200-400 bucks every month) because you're brother's too lazy to take care of her, so your mom takes care of her during the week but has another job during the weekend.

How do you go about your week and weekends to be prepared for tests and stuff?

OK I'm asknig this question because I ran into one of my professors today, and we had a little discussion. You see I'm not fully sure what I should major in (in the past I have thought about History and English), and since I couldn't decide I was just doing to do a two year program such as X-ray tech certification, so I would have a job with a decent source of income until I could find out if that is what I wanted to do with my life or if I wanted to go back to school. Well Tonight when I ran into my prof. (who is my enlgish prof btw) he said that I should major in English, without me even mentioning that have thought of it before. He told me that I have a gift in Literature and writing, which I have been told by my old freshman comp teacher. Basically my question is if you would major in somethign that a professor of yours told you, you have a gift in, and that you enjoy?

Im a business student doing a degree, and i need some help into thinking of what kinda of topics are good for a dissertation. I have an interest in E-commerce and Ebay businesses (Online Businesses basically). Can anyone give me ideas to what is a good topic?
