Yes, but unfortunately, you probably won't get many scholarships.

Of course , everybody always have hope to go to college. Don't let your GPA discourage you. First you start in a community college then try to do well and then you may transfer to a 4 year college degree whichever you like .

There's always hope. It depends on which college you want to attend. It depends on your SAT or ACT scores. It depends on your letters of recommendation. It depends on your essay. There's always hope.
Then, if all goes awry, there is always community college where you can satisfy all the lower division general ed entrance requirements for the college of your choice and with a sufficient gpa, they are very likely to accept you as an upper division student.
Good luck.

The outlook is grim. The best bet might be to take a couple semesters at a community college, and get your GPA up.

Most certainly. I have friends who got into college after barely passing high school. And if you dont get into a college of your liking you could always do a semester or two at a community college and transfer :)

You can...you still got some time to work your butt of...and I mean it...You need to get straight A's to prove to them that you have improved and you need to have alot of extracurricular activities...you can also just go to a community college for not even the whole year and then transfer to a University..

Apply to Illinois State University. They'll take anybody. Even complete morons. If you don't believe me, just come and tour the place. You'll see all the stupid freaks who obviously didn't get accepted because of their intelligence.

You might get in.
Currently nation-wide 37% of college students don't graduate.
If you are going to invest in an education, you'd better mean it.
