I am writing a report on how to improve recruiting into the British Army. Can any recruiters from big industry out there please tell me what they find are the best methods for finding the best man/woman for the job? I really could do with the help, thank you for your time and effort in helping me with my research.

Any chance that anyone out there can offer me a job? Seiously I am sending my CV and really want to work in a great job starting in the new year.

Offer incentives like high pay, good bonuses and added extras to attract the highest quality applicants. Have rigorous testing procedures (aptitude, psychometric etc.) to ensure that only the best applicants proceed forward to interview or being offered the job.
For the Army specifically - maybe broaden their recruitment programmes aimed at schools, colleges and universities.
