I am going to study graphic design at uni this year. Can anyone tell me how much of a difference the workload is compared to when at college. I am quite a hard worker. Am just a little worried as I am not the fastest of workers, therefore a lot of work takes me a very long time.

Just decided to go to graduate school,. but if I want to apply I have to take GRE's in September. Not a smart move, because I have only one month to study. Do you think I can do it or should I wait for a year and take a course.
P. S. I did not do too well on SAT, because English is my third language. However in three years I am pretty sure it improved and I am a walking proof that tests like SAT are b.s. With low SAT scores I am a top student at my university. Should I go for low GRE score and hope that Graduate schools select me because of my good grades, or GRE is a very important factor?

I've got A Levels (Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics and Psychology) and due to being forced to leave the original University I started after year two, I'm currently completing a BSc in Mathematics with the Open University.
My question is this; "What job can I do whilst I'm waiting to graduate which makes use of my A Levels?".
I've tried all the websites I can think of, and all the jobs either required simply education upto G.C.S.E standard, or degree standard, there seems to be nothing for people who either got their A Levels and left it there, or are in my position.
As the topic states, is the only use of A Levels to get into University?

I'm about to turn 29 years old and I am transferring from a community college to finish my BA in Biology at a major university.

Yes, I know, I started college late for various personal reasons...

Anyhow, I figure I'll be finished in two more years when I'll be 31.

My dream and ultimate goal is to go to Medical School. That would be another 4 years of school on top, so when I finished that I'd be 35. Then I'd have to do another 2-3 years of residency.

So I'd be about 38 or so by the time I'd be a truely independent adult working as a physician.

I'm very motivated to do all of this, but my age is a big discouraging factor for me.

My personal circumstances didn't allow me to go to college earlier.

What do you guys think? Am I too old? Am I taking on too much considering my age? After all, I'll be somewhat dependent on others financially well into my 30's.
