All depends on what you want to get into. If you wish to follow a career in research science, then i would strongly advise doing a Ph.D. Don't do a MSc - waste of time - spend an extra year and finish a Ph.D. If you want to get into the business side of science then i would complete an honours degree or a MSc, get a job in the industry and try and get your employer to pay for an MBA. Having industry experience is very very helpful whilst doing an MBA

It sounds like you don't feel that you totally belong in biochem. Still, many different undergrad majors (including science ones) are represented in MBA programs. If you don't see yourself going on to grad school in biochem or to a professional school (doctor, dentist, etc.) or don't see yourself working a biochem lab after graduating with a B.S., maybe you are in the wrong undergrad major. Do you enjoy biochemistry? I have been around such students and those who stick it out usually love it or they wouldn't be there.
