i am a medical graduate and have been admittied in states for doin my masters in health administration, and need to submit the application with an essay for the scholarship. the essay says why u should be awarded the scholarship? can anyone help me with some ideas?

I have a student loan which is going to take a long time to pay off. Isn't there a program to forgive your loan if you work somewhere? I heard something like that but I am not sure and if anyone could get me information on this I would really, really appreciate the effort in helping me out.
