According to the 2000 U.S. Census, on average men earn $37,057 while women earn $27,194 per year for full-time employment. This would seem to indicate that men are earning 26% more than women on average, which is a clear example of inequality.

I always thought this was very unfair since women have same and a lot of the times better capabilities than men when it came to the workforce. It is just discrimination.

I'll fight any woman on this site and I'll kick her butt..
Know why ?
Because I am a Man and I am bigger and stronger and more aggressive....
See any women football players , basketball players , prize fighters,
baseball players , wrestlers etc. etc. competing head on with men ?
You know why they don't put women in the front fighting lines in the Military ?? Because the opposing soldiers would kill them.
You need to think about it a little more....

Almighty God has created man first than women, therefore they are not equal. But both are important in this world.
