ive worked construction most of my life and make a decent living but I really would like to go into construction management.... I just turned 24 and I have the chance to attend college now. I just wondered if I would be too old if im 28 or 29 when im done.....

is it best to go in state or out of state for college? i have heard some people say in state and some people say out of state. what are the benefits of each? i only plan on applying to 1 in state college just in case, but everywhere else i am interested in is out of state

Im 14 and have decided that I want to be a pediatric sergeon. as with that, I also want to be in the "Doctors without Borders" program". Do you have any advice? Like, what courses should I take in high school, what college should I plan to go to, what GPA/SAT score should I shoot for, etc. Also, do you need to kno a foreign language to be in the "doctors without borders" program b/c I am taking spanish in school.

PS: I wanna work in the US, Africa, Jamacia, and Latin America/South America. what tests do i need to take to be certified?

Hi I'm an 18 year university student in Ireland who is of chinese descent and I'm wondering is it common that your parents give out about not getting scholarships or not beating your fellow classmates from secondary level in the academic area even though university is almost free here and I got my place in college by a comfortable margin. (515 points in the Leaving Cert exams out of 600 where the average is about 320-380 in the country)?

Ive lived in the middle almost all my life, a few months ago i started year 12 in England, and am taking physics, biology, art and literature.
I do not enjoy physics, I don't enjoy art (ridiculous work load). I am particularly keen on biology and am doing very well in this subject.
Since Im doing so well in biology I really feel I'd like to do related stuff to it in uni, perhaps even medicine, which would mean i need chemistry! It is too late to take chemistry in England, so should I go back to the middle east and study there for the sake of doing chemistry? So that I can do the career of my choice? I will have missed a term and I will be very stressed and need to catch up with chemistry, is it worth it?

PS, In the middle east I will be taking biology chemistry and literature.

So now you owe your mom and dad 49 bucks.... and you have $1 left to yourself.

here's the iq test:
to solve this all, if you add your debts to your mom and dad, you would have 98 bucks (49+49) and when you add the $1 left to you, you would have 99 bucks........

where did the $1 go?

I just finished my first semester of college and I can't even explain how I feel. My GPA pretty much....sucks. I got two As and two Cs, which killed my GPA.

I will be moving to California in January so I was wondering if in order to be admitted to another college, one must send both HS and college transcripts? Is it possible to apply as a "new college" student? Can I just send my High School transcript and not my college transcript?

I have heard that many colleges don't even take your old GPA; only the credits you got. Is this true?
