It's pronounced Clem-en-tyne after the name Clementine. Remember the song 'Darling Clementine'? It rhymes with 'mine'

Satsuma and clementine are variations of Mandarin orange, a Chinese 'mutant' of regular orange. Mandarin oranges are smaller and seedless and easy to peel. Some Mandarin oranges are sold as 'tangerines' but this is not a biological classification.

I've always pronounced with the teen. That's how I hear other people pronouncing it.
