I have been homescooled all my life, and will be though 8th grade, I'm in 6th now, And need to make a decision about high school, SHould I homeschool(like my Mom wants me to do) or go to public school? ( like my older brothers want me to ) I want to go o public because I want to take Band, But My Mom ways I could just join the youth orchastra, I'm in a jr. high band and I know people, so its not like I wouldn't know anyone, I'm coufused! What do you think??

im looking for a better word other than happy. one that makes someone have to look up and see the meaning=that also means, how much my love for them is.
other meaning, as if your very happy to have someone in your life that really loves you=shows you everyday!
ok other words, my boyfriend and i. he makes me laugh, smile, and just so happy in life. when im down he brings a smile to my face no matter what im down about. keeps me going in life and full fills me. reminds me everyday that he loves me, and that God and him are always there. im looking for a word that describes that. could anyone help?? i dont have a wide variety of words lol. thanks and god bless

I have a BS in Accounting and over 8 years professional work experience. I am considering applying for admission to a top MBA program. My GMAT score is 717. The problem is that my undergraduate GPA is not very impressive; I graduated with only a 2.6 GPA. Will my GPA be an automatic disqualifier?

I know higher education tends to be a crowded field, but I am hearing rumblings that some fields are far more difficult to get positions in rather than others. For instance, I'm in the behavioral sciences (Sociology), and I've been told it will be easier to get a position than someone in humanities but not as easy as someone in, say, business. Is this true? Most of my research seems to show English, History, Humanities, and fields like Linguistics to be really crowded. Thanks.

Here's the dilemma. I work at a law office right now as a legal assistant/office manager. What this means is that I am in charge of not only writing legal documents, but also our marketing and business protocols. My boss, our attorney, always jokes about how much of a better CEO I would be than a future law partner, which I'm pretty much ensured were I to go to law school.

I enjoy both aspects of my job equally, but I would agree that I am a slightly better business man. I guess what my question pertains to the kinds of jobs an MBA would provide you with, as well as the upward mobility it gives. Is the salary of a person with an MBA anywhere comparable to that of your typical entry level lawyer, which where I live, is about $70,000 for a regional firm?

OK. i'm a senior in high school and i've been considering joining the army reserves to pay for college. i want to go to university of texas at san antonio. usually i wouldn't consider it but it seems a pretty sweet deal. i would have to go through training the summer after i graduate and after that i would only have to go to work one weekend out of the month. for that one weekend i go to work they'll pay me over $800. plus if i sign up now i would get $1400 a year and a bonus of $20,000. they would give me half the bonus up front and the rest i would get in payments. the thing is i'd have to sign up for six years and HELLO we are at war so there is a chance i could still get shipped off. So what do you think, is it worth it? i'd really appreciate some input from people that are already in the reserves and maybe from those who are in active duty too. muchisimas gracias!
