I always get nervous when I do presentations but I just learn my words really well and try to do the best I can. Just think that when its over you won't have to worry about it. Try to go first so you don't worry through others performance. Good Luck! :)

Since it's likely that everyone else in the class feels the same way, at least you're not alone. There will be all sorts of stuttering and gulping- great fun for the teacher.

As other answerers have said, you'll get more relaxed with presentations as you get used to doing them. In the meantime, can you rehearse with your family? Get them all together so that you'll have a real group to address, and ask them to play the role of your classmates and just listen until you're done. (Have you ever noticed that students whisper among themselves less when a classmate is making a presentation than when the teacher is?)

Changing my perspective often helps me. If you consider your presentation a big humongous challenge, then it is. But if you compare it to some other type of challenge, say feeding the worlds hungry on your salary, or crossing the desert with a canteen of water, then your presentation can seem a less imposing task.

'wing-it'
present it like you don't have a care in the world, and you'll do great!!
i hate presentations too, and often skipped school on those days. but when i had to face the music it worked for me when i would, wing-it and go with the flow!
it doesn't give people time to notice your flaws/mistakes while presenting :)

Well there isn't much you can do about it but it will help if you try to relax. I know that isn't easy but think of something besides what you are doing and try to relax. Good luck and I hope it works out well.
