I'm trying to figure this out.
I know that the atomic number is the number of protons, and I know that the atomic mass minus the atomic number is the number of neutrons.
I know that you get the electrons by doing something with the ion charges and the atomic number, but I don't remember what it is. I'm confused. Heeeeeeeelp!!!

Im 16 and im a freshmen. I got held back in 1st and 6th grade. But my parents dont count 1st grade. They always tell ppl im supposed to be a sophomore.

Well, ive had problems since middle school with bullying and having like social anxiety from bullying. My grades are all F's, and have been like that since 6th grade. I always stayed home because of this anxiety. And this year ive missed about 20+ days already. When im in class, I dont know if its because im lazy or anxious, or just thinking if someoens staring at me or what. They passed me through middle school because of my age. Even when I failed. I dont know what it is. I dont want to drop out!, Ive already failed this semester from having so many absences. And it ends in January. How can I not F**K up my life?

For my British Literature class, we had to interview teachers for a story we were to create(500 words+)
The story the teacher I interviewed gave me is very hard to make into an interesting 500 word story:
basically, she told me that she was in a math class, and her teacher was asking students wchich famous person they were assigned to research. when her teacher asked "who has Descartes", she didn't say anything because she didn't know how it was pronounced, and when she finally said "oh, i do", the teacher just gave her a look.
PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS INTERESTING. MY BRIT. LIT. TEACHER SAID WE ARE ALLOWED TO EMBELLISH IT!

I am finishing a psych degree and really want to get a degree in fine arts, but I am just wondering what jobs are available. Would it benefit me to get the additional fine arts degree (it will only take me a year to do)? What fine arts jobs are out there as well(regardless of psychology degree)?

Thanks!

In all the translations I have read of Psalms 40:6, it is read as ".....but my ears you have pierced."

Then there is a footnote at the bottom that says:
Septuagint, "but a body you have prepaired for me"

Paul also quotes it this way in Hebrews 10:5. What is the true translation? Why is the Septuagint different from every translation in this particular verse?

I'm a senior in high school and i plan on attending University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign as a biological sciences major with a pre-med emphasis. I was wondering if joining an honors program is important for medical schools? At U of I it say that you need a minimum ACT score of a 28. I received a 26, but i have a 5.0/5.0 GPA, 6/160 class ranking but i wouldn't be able to get into the honors program. I was wondering if you can apply end of freshman year for an honors program for sophomore year? I'm not a good standardized test taker but i'm good at taking test with my AP calc, AP chem, AP english, etc and I don't want the ACT to limit what i'm able to do! Any advice?

Please help! I really want to make this perfect!

Usually when the term veteran comes to mind, you picture an elderly person who fought in a war that you are forced to read about in a history class. I must say though, that the people who think that way are incorrect. Veterans are a living, breathing part of history.
Some of them have fought in battles synonymous with American history, such as Iwo Jima, Normandy, and D-Day. Others have dropped bombs on the Viet Cong, or have liberated concentration camps. Few might have even seen some of the most notorious generals of the century, like Hitler or Stalin.
Even if you didn’t take part in a history making battle, you still did something to help America achieve a victory. Every veteran is special because of that. That is why veterans are so important to our country.

Denmark is near the Temperate zone, at the meeting point of diverse climate conditions from the Atlantic, to the arctic. On the other hand, Brazil's is near the Tropical zone which makes the climate of Brazil change frequently. The two are different because they are both bordering water, they believe in Christianity, they both worship the most popular sport (soccer), and they love wearing European fashions.
