I am finishing a psych degree and really want to get a degree in fine arts, but I am just wondering what jobs are available. Would it benefit me to get the additional fine arts degree (it will only take me a year to do)? What fine arts jobs are out there as well(regardless of psychology degree)?

Thanks!

Look into art therapy, it might be what you're looking for.

Obtaining a fine arts degree can open a lot of other options. There are countless jobs that you can obtain from a fine arts degree, from traditional art to commercial, to even medical related! I'm going to give you a couple of links to check out, hope that helps :)

Psych will help you "get into" the minds of people so something in interior design, graphic design, etc would be good

you could also consider being an art therapist (or music, or whatever fine arts degree you are getting)

you could do film directing

hope that helps, talk to your adviser and see what they have to say, or a career counselor.
