I am thinking about getting my Master's in Urban Planning. I am assuming that one that I could use this degree is working with rebuilding poor areas. Am I off base in this assumption?

I currently have an associates degree in liberal arts and an associates degree in business administration. I have just switched from a bachelors in accounting degree and started on a bachelors in business management degree but I would like to change my major to a bachelors in business information. Am I the only person that does this??? I do not want a degree that will get me a job I will not like, but maybe I should just settle? I must be on the 20yr plan....

I know that under California law, a CHSPE degree is equivalent to a high school diploma, but PTCB (test for pharmacy technicians) is availbale only for those who graduated from high school or passed GED. I don't know if they recognize CHSPE - California High School Proficiency Examination.Do you know anything about it?

This is just a bit weird. Today in ICT, the teacher (female) was talking to a pupil (female) and suddenly began stroking her hair and running her fingers through it.
Then after the conversation was finished, wandered off. This strikes me as really odd? I dunno.
The pupil wasn't very happy about it, she was polite enough while it happened but afterwards she was a bit scared. Just wandering if you think this is weird?

I dont need an answer, I would like the way to do it using distance formula. Here is the question:

A point is at a distance 4 (square root of 2) from (-3/2, -5/2) and at a distance of 2 (square root of 5) from (9/2, -5/2). Find the point.

If you could tell me what theorem or other thing to use along with the distance forumla, It would be appreciated.
