when i study for reg. tests ii get in 90s but this i just cant do, ill gove 10 points for what i should

Some people just aren't good test takers. This is why it is good to have other things to back you up when applying for college, such as a decent GPA, references, and having participated in school/community activities.

I suspect that you would not do as well if you did not study.

I assume that you have books and software to help you study.
Also, paid tutoring is available.
