Come on. Punctuation and grammar can't really be THAT difficult, can they? Am I the only person that has a hard time trying to decode some of the dreadful questions asked here?

A few questions:
a) Although it's acceptance rate is 56%, the average gpa is 2.6. In general, is it a hard school to get into?
b) Is it hard to get into when applying from out-of-state?
c) Is it a good or bad idea for a caucasian to consider going there, considering the school is 80% black?
d) Is it harder for caucasians to get accepted?

Im looking into getting in my universities MBA program. The head director all but guaranteed my admission with my GPA. However, they still need my GMAT scores. I need to take the test in October and the minimum I can get is a 500. Ive taken my scores on the practice tests and came up with the f
Problem solving: 45% correct
Data Sufficiency: 55-60% correct
Sentence Correction: 63% correct
Critical Reasoning: 80-85% correct

I still need to reading. Do you think Im ready to take the test? Any help would be appreciated.

In 1998 a British research team was interested in studying infant nutrition & childhood intelligence. With parental permission, the researchers randomly assigned some infants to receive standard formula fedings & others to donated breast milk feedings. When given an intelligence test called the WISC at age 8, the children who had breast milk had much higher scores than the formula fed ones.
What is the independent variable [IV]?
How is the I.V. operationally defined?
What is the dependent variable [DV]?
How is the DV operationally defined?
How do the researchers know that the infants in the breastfed group werent already more intelligent?
What is a possible theory that would help explain the outcome of this experiment?
What would you add to the exp. to make sure that the researchers did not score the intelligence tests of the children given breastmilk? What is this called?

I just came back from two gruelling exams. Advanced English (wrote 16 pages) and Economics (wrote 12). My hand is cramped, I have a headache and I need some effective ways of de-stressing for say, 3 hours. Then I have to get to work for Biology and Maths tommorow.
