I'm not perfect and I make mistakes. But the odd spelling error is completely different to whole paragraphs without a comma or fullstop, peppered with "like"s and "idk"s and "omg u no?!"
What is the point in asking a question if no bugger can understand it?

Nope. This makes two of us! -And the ironic thing IS, MY grammar is nothing to write home about either! But at least you can understand what I'm saying. I'm afraid that what you're seeing on THIS Site- is what text- messaging is doing to the english language... We're seeing grammar being reduced to the "short-hand" of instant/text messaging. -Where everyone "speaks" and nobody "says" anything! How tragic is THAT??! :(

This is yahoo answers, not the editor of the New York Times. I understand requesting basic grammatical skills and punctuation is important but I'd let a few mistakes slide. I'm not perfect-- are you?

as long as i dont see a lot of dis sorta writin where peeps act like they ghetto-licious and don't even know how to separate sentences properly but it looks like a run-on sentence with no point, THEN YES! I don't blame anyone for being irked.

But seriously-- if you're really going to get *that* uptight about a few things, I'd suggest not using yahoo answers.
