Chicago State University?

Question

A few questions:
a) Although it's acceptance rate is 56%, the average gpa is 2.6. In general, is it a hard school to get into?
b) Is it hard to get into when applying from out-of-state?
c) Is it a good or bad idea for a caucasian to consider going there, considering the school is 80% black?
d) Is it harder for caucasians to get accepted?

CSU is considered to be the worst public 4 year university in Illinois. If you can avoid going to that school, you should. Its graduation rate is about 10%. Since it is such a bad school, you don't see OOSers there.
