Can you think of an accident where it is not possible for an accident to be broken down where it goes down to it being caused by somebodies negligence?

Example of one that can be broken down is somebody accidentaly walks into someone else could have been avoided if they had been watching where they were walking.

A friend of mine is hosting a big music festival and I'm arranging to have a booth of girls dressed in 40s and 50s getup and selling cupcakes with coffee and tea. I want a cute, but not so cute, name to call our booth. You cannot use "Cupcake Cuties" or "Cupcakes Cun_s" as thrilling and derogatory as they are.

I'm a highschool sophmore considering pharmacy. I love chemistry and math, so I thought it might be a good fit for me. Everything I read says that pharmacy is a great profession, but that getting into a college is extremely competitve. What I'm wondering is have you, or anyone you know, ever been rejected from a pharmacy school. Were you trying hard? did you have good grades? had you worked at a PharmAssitant at all before applying?
Thanks for the insight!

My aim is to explore imagine and entertain. If I write a conventional story, I'l need a strong narrative drive. Think about genre: crime romance etc.... Challenge: interest my teacher who is female and adult.
I need to be able to introduce different styles of writing in my piece, news report, poem etc... no more that 5 sides long.

There needs to be a beginning which introduces a problem or dilemma, and then the tension needs to be brought up to a climax, where the biggest action happens in the story. Then soon after this there needs to be an ending where the readers questions are answered, and the problem could be resolved.

I would appreciate any help here, because I am seriously stuck for a good story line. Thanks again!
xx

This time of year, college football madness starts Bruin and, Sooner or later, fans begin to get that Rocket sock it mentality. Seminole and scream, some will Panther faces, but, for game day, a ritual is a given! So......Hoosier daddy???

I have recently seen a few people's business cards stating:
John Smith, M.B.A.
Is this the same MBA (Master's of Business Administration) that I am thinking of or is there some other MBA out there?
I guess I want to know if I finish my MBA, am I entitled to putting the initials after my name?

My 4-year Bachelors degree turned out to be a waste of time and money, since I can't find a decent job. After graduating in 2002, I didn't find a job until November 2003, as an insurance claims rep, making only $12.50/hr. I didn't go to college to only make $24K a year. After working there for over a year, I quit, since it was a dead-end job with no room for advancement. I've since then been working for my dad, managing his gas station.

So what good would an MBA do for me? What exactly does an MBA teach you? I spent 4 years in college, and really can't say that I came out smarter than before. College didn't teach me anything worthwhile, so what would I learn from an MBA?

I'm a junior in college studying communications with emphasis in public relations and photography, and a minor in international business. Whenever I tell people that I'm a communications major they act like it's a pointless degree and I'm not going to find a good job. i've also had 3 semesters of statistics and 3 semesters of french. ive also been really involved on campus such as worked for the admissions office, campus news station, done service projects, and i studied abroad in france for a semester. I'm thinking of switching my major to public relations because it seems like that is a more marketable major. I was also wondering if you would recommend getting a full minor in statistics vs. only 3 semesters of it, or if 3 semesters is enough to make me more marketable? I'm not entirely sure what I want to do once I'm done with college, or what options there are for a communications major, but I want to have a good job in a city once I'm done. Suggestions? Is my degree strong?
