Hope that you will have a bright and happy future.?
Sorry but whats the goodbye for? Is it an end of a relationship?
I hope you will forgive me for hurting you and I feel sure you will find happiness with someone who can return the love you have in the same way. God bless.
I am sorry that we have to go our separate ways and I wish you the best in whatever life has to offer you.

"I wish you the best in your future endeavors," is good. Or you can de-personalize it further by saying just , "All the best in your future endeavors." Avoid the "and" because the reader will then focus on the last thing you say, and if it's really a "good-bye" letter, you don;t want to leave any openings for them to get back in touch. Good luck!

I'm glad to have known you and wish you all the best.
Your name.
I'm assuming this is a sort of Dear John or Joan letter.

Let the rock n roll begin!
Got carried away for a minute there - how about '...may you find true love and happiness'.
