high school now require two years of a foreing launguage but in most cases they are never useful again.

ok... im in my last year in university. thesis time..
it is groups by 5. and luckilly,ive been in this group where we are five girls. and included in our group is the top student of the batch, plus me who is doing well in academics and another one who is good as well. we can say that we are the best team, although we are all girls.

but there are only 7 girls in our class,so if we were to group as what we have planned, then the 2 girls will be left out, both of them are not so good in school. im close to them as well.
i wanna group with them coz i know that they need me, and they want me as well but they cannot say it to me directly because they know that im already in the "fab 5".

yesterday i decided to change group and go with them. i know it is going to be hard but i wanna help them out. when i told my mum, she asked me what i am thinking of.

what should i do. im torn between me wanting to help the two and me wanting not to have a hard time doing our thesis.

A couple of weeks before school let out our principal was making the morning announcements and well there were alot of food functions happening in the last two weeks of school, so i guess she thought she add in a joke saying and i quote "By the time school is over you will all be obese!" unqote, I felt disgusted and seriously offended. She acted as if it was some kind of disgusting contagious disease. After all that you could even hear her laughing over the intercom. Was this very proffesional of her? Was she acting as an adult in a superior position should? what do you think?

I am a junior in college majoring in Business and I feel like I haven't learned much at all. I never got a C in any class and I feel like if I would've gone to a better school like NYU or Columbia, I would be saying the opposite. Is that right? I want to hear from those that are currently going to an Ivy league school and tell me how you feel about college.

im 15 and im planning to move to frankfurt germany and live with relatives. for my grade 11 year. I've heard that grade 11 in germany would be harder then it would north america because they teach some college courses in grade 11 and 12. if I move I would probably have to repeat grade 10 and learn some german. if the education is the same then i would go to grade 11 instead. she takes band so seriously, im not saying thats bad, but she thinks i take it seriously, too, but i dont. i dont know how to tell her that. also, i have to have an extra-curricular activity, and im not really a great athlete or a good singer, so sports and choir is not an option. i dont want to go on all these band trips and i dont want to play at the football games and concerts and stuff but i have to. what should i do?

When I was in preschool, we had a little wading pool just filled with bubble solution that we stood in (on bricks so it was less slippery) and they pulled a hula hoop up from the pool around each of us so that we were "inside" our own bubble.

I teach a day-camp for 3-5 year olds on fridays, and I want to put my kids inside their own bubbles. I have all the equipment, I just can't decide which commercial solution to buy or where to buy it (cheap), or if I should mix a custom recipe at home.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hey, maybe this seems like a silly question but I'm serious. Like ever since I was little my mom used the terms going number one and number two for going pee and poo.
where did this originate from? cuz I know lot sof other people who call it that too.
It make sno sense to me how you can derive a number from a bodily function.
