Care Of - basically the package is sent to someone at a building but they don't have to be there to receive it, or even be registered there
For instance our engineers at work often have parts sent to them at places they are doing some work ... all the parts are sent in their name, but C/O the building they are working at

This one is a good question. Right away I put care of and then I looked closer at this and that is not right. The way the whole thing is written makes it hard to figure out. I wonder maybe it's Mr. Andy C/O (chief officer) ?

c/o means "In Care Of"....usually if you are mailing a letter/package to someone that isn't usually a major addressee of that mailing address (ie. one person at a corporation), or in this case, they want it mailed to the BNI Building to a Mr. Andy, the c/o salutation is used.

c/o means "care of"
This means that the addressee is not listed at the post office at that address, but that the package can be received by the person whom the post office does list.
In other words, it is being received in the care of that person or entity, for the intended recipient.
It is often used if you don't know the exact location of the person, or if there is not a specific mailing address.

It means "care of".
Mr. Andy does not reside at the BMI Building, but anyone at the BMI Building that handles letter and sees the above address will "hold" or "forward" the letter to Mr. Andy.
