use the expression --- "We are looking at ---" They might say, "We are looking at 75 degrees today in this part of the country." Not wrong, just interesting and a "fad" expression.

I've noticed a lot of odd uses of 'myself' and 'yourself' over the last year or so.

Examples:

Would that be OK for yourself?
Send it to myself.
We can deliver it to yourself on...

Personally I'd say 'Would that be OK for you?, 'Send it to me', etc.

Does anyone know where this came from? I mostly seem to hear it from sales and customer service people.

I work with a child who has Autism. He is 6 years old. When I started working with him the most he could say was "Bob" (for Bob the Builder). He is now becoming more verbal and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I can help him with his verbal skills during the 4 hours each week that I have him.

Thank you :)
