For my history class, I need to write an essay on a historical event. It has to be something that could be analyzed in depth--a major part of the essay is deciding what we would have done different had we been the political leader in charge. (For example, we could analyze September 11 and figure out what we would have changed on how it was handled, etc.) I don't want to do Sept 11, though, nor do I want to do the holocaust or the world wars (because a million other people are already doing stuff like that). It has to pertain to WORLD history, not just US history. Any suggestions?

I have been disabled for 3 years now due to a degenerative disease but I am only 49. I would like to return to college and hopefully find a career that I could continue even with my disability. However financially it is impossible with only my Social Security income. Any ideas?

When I watch you (on TV at least) it looks as if you're hitting the keys by dancing both hands, all fingers of both hands, simultaneously, and it makes me wonder how any words could be selected or recorded. What's really happening at such a keyboard? (It doesn't look like a typewriter!) What gives?

I’ve seen this title crop up before; I know of a Doctor in law at my university who is a 'reader in law' and wondered what differentiates him from the other lecturers?

- I always check my work
- I always do very well in my exams
- I am not allowed to leave until time is up . . .

Please, no comments telling me I should check my work over and over because I simply don't! I check it once and then I'm happy with it.

I need something to think about . . .some kind of mind game maybe, because I can't doodle on the exam paper and I can't make any noise. Please, I feel so bored, I feel ill! =]

I'll be grateful for any (reasonable) suggestion!

If you have an undergrad degree (BBA) from Ross B-school (Univ of Mich), how does that impact your chances of getting accepted? I've heard rumors they don't want alumni back....WHY NOT???

And if so, do you find it necessary to having to make up class by walking around a track for 45 minutes for every class period you missed?
By the way, most kids don't even break a sweat in gym.

I need to make a poster about it and im wondering if i can get help like what sites to go to and some info on the genocide. Maybe you can even give me some like mottos like: "forgive but never forget" and some informational phone lines or sites that could help spread awareness. Maybe even a site to buy some pins or shirts about the Armenian genocide.
