At school we were going into science.
The class was getting their science books as I asked If this class was boring...because other people had said it was.Jokingly...of course.I didnt mean it in a rude way.and he said it was a bad impression of me.Later he had to talk to me and tell me It was disrespectful and rude and innapropriate to say such a thing.He had asked me If I had friends and then asked me if I talked to them like that.I said yes...I was unsure of his question.He said he'd give me another chance.Im in the 7th grade.
Do you think It was disrespectful...should I have said it??

I always face this problem when i have to write an essay or a text, I got my ideas ready, and i got my "solutions" ready, the problem is I can't find put them in precise words, and I end up writing like i talk, I tried looking in dictionaries, but it doesn't help me since i dunno the exact word am looking for. I have several types of textbooks (mostly science stuff) from college that I will never no longer use and have not used in several years. They are taking up space. I appreciate and love books and feel bad just tossing them away. I actually thought about putting them in a box and putting them next to the road. I have done that with several items such as toys, clothes, etc. and they were gone by the next morning. I dunno. Any Ideas?

Hi, i am a school student. I have straight A's in school, am part of some school organizations and got almost a 2000 when I first took the PSAT and above a 1900 when I took a practice SAT. After I come home from school I start studying at around 5 pm and go all the way to around 12 am or 1 am or 2 am. However, my parents are still not satisfied. EVerytime I do something for fun they say "You're not studying". My Dad says its not the total score for the SAT that counts and that although my essays are good so I get most points from them I need to work REAL hard on my critical reading and math section. But I tell him, I DO work alot, most of my friends got REALLY low when they first took the SAT and I've got to work little to bring it a little up. But still they say "You dont work hard enough." I love music and play guitar in local concerts on weekends. They hint for me to give it up. I dont understand. I tried to tell them but they dont either. What should I do?

I joined the Air Force in December, and have yet to have a date to go to BMT. I want to serve my country, see new places and work a job i may not typically do in the civilian world! The only problem with this is, since I have joined I've went back to college, started dating an amazing guy, and got a pretty good job. Now I don't know if I want continue on with the military, any advice.... oh i'm only in DEP right now so I can technically get out by writing a letter!
