My 7-year old little brother does not speak. We have a big age difference (for those of you who are wondering). He does not want to learn anything. Lately, he doesn't even want to wake up to go to school. We literally have to drag him. What can we do? He's currently in a Special Education class with 2-3 speech therapy sessions per week (half hour each) but we don't see any improvements. Mom is frustrated and screams all the time. We are desperate. This situation is making everyone's life unbearable. Does anyone know of a good program/teacher in Southern CA (Los Angeles/Orange County) that can help him with his speech and make a difference with his condition? If you have any friends that have kids with similar problems, please help.

ok i have a HUGE problem! Seriously please take the time to read this!

My friend made a website for our schools theatre group. Most of the Blogs and things were not allowed to go on at school are blocked. However for some reason the site he made wasn't blocked. So i went on and commented it from Info Tech Class...I got this crazy comment back from someone saying they were a PSD Administrator (school district administrator)...just read it and tell me if you think it's Real or a Joke! Seriously i'm really freaked out!!! Please help!!

OK, I was talking with my friends in my Spanish class, making funny, yet inapprorpriate, jokes. I interrupted the teacher several times, and was doing it for the whole semester(not every day) nut often enough. I got detention and phone calls home, and not she is requesting a special circumstance aide on my behalf. I think she treats me unfairly, and keeps an eye on me. I reported her prejudice to the principal, and there will soon be a meeting. Freshman is high school. Just getting off Special Ed program.


Can it ruin college admission chance? Can it go on my permanent record? Do teachers write personalized "papers" about students, which colleges read?


How bad is my situation???
