I'm going over my requirements for the SATS, however I find one troubling.

Where on earth am I going to get a #2 pencil. I know in this day and age we are into recycling and everyday products come from the remains of other resources, but why would I need to use a pencil made of poo for a test which is supposed to direct my college future?

...where on earth do I get a pencil like this? Can't I just use a pen???

Hi Does anyone know anything about how these two schools compare? Students? Graduates? Or if you know someone who is going/went there. I'm not quite sure if I'm more interested in becoming a mastering engineer or playing an instrument (most likely piano) at this point. But I have a couple questions beside which one is a better school. Which is harder to get into? I only have a GED and no SAT scores unfortunately. I play piano but I'm not a very good pianist. How good of a musician should you be to get in?

Im currently on track to finish my first year of college at VMI. i am planning on applying as a fall transfer to VA Tech next year though. I have a 2.8 as my first semester GPA which is the only one theyll see before making a decision...and also my highschool transcript which was about a 3.2 with a 1280 on my sats(math and verbal). I was just wondering how hard it would be for me to get in with these credentials?
