i suppose antonym-antonym because an antonym is something that mean the opposite of something else so in a way you would be saying the opposite of oppostie which would be a synonym..don't ask me how i know these things lol! but it does make sense...(i think)...

and you are correct about why is dyslexic such a hard word to spell one moment i will take it up with my father (he is an english teacher you see)....
COULD BE ONE MINUTE,TWO MAYBE THREE...

ahah i am pround to state my father (supposed ruler of all old farts) HAS DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN!-no clue lol it is puzzling though...??? i don't know but it's probebly some grammatical rule made up at the beginning of time i cant help you on this one but good luck in your enturnal quest to find it out!

I just tried it in an online thesaurus. There is no one word synonym. There are no DIRECT one word synonyms that convey the idea of a word that means the same thing as another.

Woooow, it's an old one, but if you found it alone, you deserve recognition... Now, by the looks of questions and answers on Y!A, you'd think that most usual words are quite difficult to spell, not just dyslexic. Just have a look for yourself and you tell me.

Thank you, Jerry Seinfeld.

What really puzzles me is that monosyllabic is polysyllabic.
