Education & Reference - 6 January 2007

I have a bachelor degree in education in both Special Ed and Elem Ed, I would like to change careers and become an Occupational Therapist. Can I go on to a Masters Program and get my O.T. degree? Do i need to start all over and take 6 years to become an O.T.? I have looked online, and I cant seem to find an answer. I live in western PA.

You and your companions have just survived the crash of a small plane. Both the pilot and co-pilot didn't make it. It is mid-January , and you are in Northern Canada. One quart of 100-proof whiskey

I get hours and hours of homework every night, on weekends, and even on holidays. This past summer, I was really close to becoming an Eagle Boy Scout, but now I can't go to any meetings because of his homework. I've decided to be a veterinarian and i just wanted to know what are the pros and cons of these universities? and if possible does anyeone know if theres a way to lessen the length to being a veterinarian ? they tell me its about 5 years , 5 years bachelor's degree on general/natural science and 5 in veteriarian medicine school. id appreciate to know if theres a faster way to being a vet , thanks :D

I'm 18 years old, I graduated from high school May 2006. I put off going to college for a semester. I decided to start in January instead, had everything all planned to go to school in Miami. Yesterday was the orientation, and I ended up backing out. The school was in a really bad neighborhood, and it was all just too much to handle. I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown.

I decided to come back home and take some classes at the community college, then transfer to a university in the fall. My family was supportive of my decision, but my sisters are saying I made a mistake.

Should I feel bad about what I did? Or did I do the right thing? I'm so confused right now.

it's a long story...hope you can help :)
my dad had some work to do in egypt a few years ago, so me and all my family had to go with him, I spent a year to learn the language and decided to enroll in an Egyptian school instead of american so that I could get to know the country better bla bla bla, after spending a year in an Egyptian school (10th grade)I realize that I had made a BIG mistake, and because of the weird rules I couldn't transfer to an American school, the books, being written in another language were so hard for me, somehow I managed to graduate h.s with a GPA of 70%, now I'm planning to apply for college in the US next year, so I took the SAT and had a score of 1400 out of 2400....how terrible ...I know, that's because I didn't study at an American school :). everybody is telling me that I won't get accepted in college (I want to major in medical illustration and take medicine prereqs courses) so now I'm thinking about going back to h.s in the US, I'll add details ....
