you need to be good in math, phsysics, chemistry, etc. it's a rigorous curriculum!!!

It would help to know what type of math you are talking about.

When I was in college (taking architecture engineering), I had to take a lot of algebra, calculus, geometry, etc.

Worked in engineering (designing highway bridges) for about 2 years. Then transferred to computer application designs. Have not touch the hard math since. But maybe the math did teach me to be very analytical - which has been good.

Not sure about pharmacy. Don't see why it would be needed when the most they seem to do is to count out the pills.

Aamina you don't necessarily have to be very smart in math to become a pharmacist, but you do need to be willing to face the mathmatical challenges that arise. It's important to be good in math when you are a pharmacist. But just because arithmatics is difficult for you it doesn't mean that you have to give up on your dream. You can do anything that you put your mind to. You just have to face your challenges and not run from them.

Yes you have to be good in math. Did you honestly think you were going to get another answer?

You will have to take everything up to and including intergral calculus

i'm pretty sure your not going to need all the top level math skills. just the basic will work
